World War 2 Day
Children in Year 5 and 6 have been learning about World War 2 in their history lessons. This week Historic Workshops visited school and children took part in a full day workshop where they learnt about the role of an ARP warden, put out ‘incendiary bombs’ and the ‘fires’ caused by them, explored artefacts and used stretchers and bandages to support casualties.
