At the start of the Spring Term we launched a new behaviour policy. As the school has expanded, the needs and experiences of our pupils have become more diverse, and our approach to behaviour and relationships needs to reflect that. It’s important that everyone is guided by the same clear, shared expectations to ensure consistency across all classes and adults, so children experience a fair, predictable and positive approach wherever they are in school. The policy, which can be viewed above has been updated to reflect current research and best practice, including positive, trauma-informed approaches that support children’s wellbeing as well as their learning.
