Here comes the bride…
In Collective Worship today we gave a big Thurston send off to Miss Innocenzio who heads back to Italy in the morning to prepare for her wedding next week.
We listened to Italian love songs and played a game of ‘Guess the Bride’ using staff members wedding photos (with faces covered!)
Each time Miss Innocenzio guessed incorrectly we added another bit of ‘wedding finery’ to her outfit!
‘Unfortunately’ she got several wrong so ended up with quite the outfit!! We wish Miss Innocenzio and her soon to be husband a magical wedding day and many happy years ahead.
Miss Innocenzio will return to school after half term as Mrs Innocenzio , following the Italian custom.
