Harvest Donations 2023

We were again really overwhelmed with the generosity of our families today donating food for the Gatehouse Food Bank as part of our Harvest Festival.

After the success of our pictures in previous years we had a challenge to come up with a great picture idea this year and settled on a Harvest Apple Tree.

Pupils throughout the school visited the dance studio through the day to add their donations to our picture and think about why we were making these donations and other ways they can help those less fortunate than themselves.

The picture is best viewed from above so Mrs Wigzell bravely climbed a ladder to get a shot of the Harvest picture! We were then joined by Amanda Bloomfield from Gatehouse who collected the food to distribute to those in need.
