We held our end of term awards today and were really pleased to present the following awards:
Early Years- Esmee Koi Anderson– Esmee has made so much progress in all areas of school life. She has settled well, made many friends, super progress in literacy and phonics and listening and contributing to all class discussions! It has been wonderful to watch her blossom and grow!
Lower Key Stage Two- Dulcie Rogers– Dulcie has made fantastic progress in Maths since Year 3 and her confidence has improved significantly.
Our Community Award each term goes to someone who has gone above and beyond in their efforts outside of school. This term the award went to Scarlett Gooding who gave up her time to help to sell Poppies in Tesco for Remembrance Sunday as well as laying a wreath at the Remembrance Service. Scarlett has also regularly completed litter picks around the village. Keep up the amazing work Scarlett!
We must also give a special mention to Oscar Wesley and Leila Mackintosh-Haill who were also both nominated for the community award for their fundraising and litter picking efforts. Well done to both of you, we’re all really proud of you!
This term our Christian Value award was presented to Jonah Goffin. Jonah has been a real help to his peers this term, showing generosity with his time in helping other to tune their ukuleles and being a compassionate member of the school community.
All children who have received an outstanding raffle ticket this term were put into a draw today to win a £10 book token. The winners were:
