DT Day – Year 5
Children in Year 5 have had a great day learning and building different structures. We looked at different types of bridges: beam, arch and truss and spoke about what factors could impact on their strength and stability. We learnt that the shape of the bridge and the material it is made from, impacts on how strong and stable it is.
